5. I'm flexible person.I can reserve up to 3 days. Once you reserved ,PLEASE DO NOT BACK OFF. As it's unfair for me and other person.

6.To order,please state item's code number and postage method.

7.Once the agreement on the price (+postage) has been done ,payment can be made into my Maybank account. (101011-80-5408-TIONG LENG TEE) following by e-mail me once payment had made.

8.All sales are final.There is NO exchange,no refund and no return.

9.Product color might be vary with real product due to camera lighting.

10.I am NOT responsible for any damages or lost of package during delivery.

11.Parcels will only be send on every SATURDAY (except 1st Saturday of the month) and/or whenever I'm available..
